First Post – An Introduction

Since this is the fist post on my brand new site, I don’t suppose anyone but myself is really going to read this. However, for those who do make it to this, hello! This site and blog are a culmination of my work since I began my design education. Here you will find works completed and on-going as well as a photo gallery from my travels, my resume, and a page shamelessly advertising my tech services. What this is hoping to do is attract employers and other looking to get a job done. However, it is also meant as a means of self-expression in a world where it is becoming harder and harder to do. I hope that you enjoy my work overall, and if you have critiques on the work, I would like to hear it.

Now, specifically, this blog. What is it to be? To be honest, I don’t know yet. I will assume that I will post what I hope to be funny, insightful, meaningful, incendiary, or otherwise worthwhile remarks as they come to me. Will these always be professional? I can hope so, but that will only take it so far. I will, again hopefully, be posting about architecture and design primarily. However, other parts of my life are bound to sneak in. My love of improv comedy. My work as a tech support specialist. My interest in cooking and drink-making. My rather eccentric lifestyle. Expect all of these and more.

Again, if you read this, I thank you, though you may want to find something better to do with your time than read the ramblings of a half-mad architect-in-training.
